Therapy for School-Age Children to Build Emotional Skills, Confidence & Resilience

Support for kids navigating stress, big feelings, friendships, school pressure, and the challenges of growing up.

Growing Up Comes With Big Emotions

School-age kids face a lot — academic expectations, social stress, sensory overload, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, and the pressure to “keep it together.”

At Nurturing Wellness, therapy gives your child a safe, warm space to explore their feelings, develop coping skills, and grow their confidence.
Parents remain partners in the process, receiving ongoing communication and support so progress continues at home.

Kids feel seen.
Parents feel supported.
Families feel more connected.
