You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone
Becoming a parent is beautiful — and it can also be overwhelming, disorienting, and emotionally exhausting.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, struggling with identity shifts, or feeling unseen in the daily weight of motherhood, therapy offers a place to breathe and be held through it all.
Jaclyn creates a warm, validating space where you can safely name what feels heavy, explore your evolving identity, and find steadiness again.

Our Approach to Perinatal Wellness
Jaclyn is one of the few Ohio therapists with specialized certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). Her work blends attachment theory, developmental expertise, and a holistic, relational approach that centers both the mother and the person behind the role.

Therapy sessions focus on grounding, gentle exploration, practical coping tools, and reclaiming parts of yourself that may feel lost in the intensity of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.

This is a space to feel supported, understood, and cared for — exactly as you are.
