After your first session you will receive a text message from Ivy requesting to put your card on file. Ivy Pay will save your card information for all future sessions.

Enter your info, credit card, click save and pay!

You will see this confirmation re: payment received

You will get a text confirming your payment. Click the link!

Input your phone number, it'll text you a verification code that you'll need to enter for 2 factor ID

Create a password!

Enter patients DOB and CC zip code

Here is your secure Receipt

Scroll to the bottom, click Superbill

you will then have to sign a consent, and put in your email. It will come to you as a PDF
